Michael L. Scott, 51, Lawrence, died Monday, February 8, 2016 at his home. He was born July 12, 1964 in Topeka, the son of Donald Eugene and Rita Mae Cobb Scott. Michael had worked as a dishwasher and cook at Don’s Steakhouse in Lawrence and Richland. he is survived by four half siblings, Mary K. Hurd, Perry, Robert “Bob” Worthington, Texarkana, AR, Donald Miller, Topeka and Judy Meier, Topeka. He was preceded in death by his parents. Cremation is planned. Private Inurnment will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Perry.
