Warren McElwain Mortuary Obituary

Anne Marie Erickson, 54, passed away peacefully in her home August 14th, 2018 with her family by her side. She was born March 25, 1964 in Orange County, California to Theresa Wells and Ralph Erickson. She moved to Lawrence, Kansas at age 5 and continued to live there for the rest of her life.

She was an amazing mother, sister, daughter, and friend. Above all, she was a true believer in Jesus and worshipped him through all of the tough trials that accompanied her journey through life. Her faith was an inspiration to all who surrounded her. She was a very selfless woman who was always willing to give all she had to make others happy. She was always able to keep a smile on her face that was contagious. She motivated everybody around her with her ability to enjoy all of the simple pleasures of life.

She is survived by her daughter Amanda See, her mother Theresa Wells, her sisters Karen Anderson (Tom) and Debbie Mellen (Brian), her brothers Joe Erickson (Bonnie) and Terry Erickson, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is also survived by her best friend of 40 years, Sheila Ward. She is preceded in death by her father, Ralph Erickson.
